10 Payton Street is a two bedroom holiday cottage situated just 5 minutes walk from the heart of Stratford-upon-Avon. Available for weekly holiday lets or short breaks throughout the year, the accommodation is modern, stylish & comfortable. Self-catering in Stratford-upon-Avon couldn't be more enjoyable!
The property has two double bedrooms (sleeping 4), luxury bathroom & WC, high quality kitchen with Bosch appliances, lounge (with seating for 4) & dining area. Outside there is a patio with seating. A parking permit will be provided. Wifi (wireless) internet access is available.
The property was awarded a 4* Quality in Tourism rating by Visit Britain in November 2011. "An extremely well presented property - it enjoys a very central location in Stratford-upon-Avon yet is surprisingly quiet."

Stratford upon Avon
Stratford-upon-Avon is a charming historical town with many attractions including Shakespeare's Birthplace, the RSC theatres & Holy Trinity church. The recreation ground & Bancroft Gardens, both adjacent to the River Avon, provide plentiful open space and are just a few minutes' walk along the canal towpath. The shopping is varied incorporating many individual & bespoke shops. There are lots of individual restaurants & pubs in the town. The railway provides links with Warwick & Birmingham. Stratford is a superb location for a self-catering holiday.
